We recommend you arrive for your appointment without any eye makeup. During the application at Divine Appeal Spa, you will lay down with your eyes closed.

*24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event a customer decides to cancel their appointment, our 24 hour cancellation policy allows all customers to cancel their appointment anytime before the day (or 24 hours) prior to their service appointment date at no cost. If a customer still decides to cancel their appointment within the 24 hour penalty window, it will result in a non-negotiable “no-show” fee of $20* (*for services up to $50 only) or 50% of the total amount for any services over $50.

**TARDY POLICY

In order to provide the best possible service to all of our customers equally, you must show up to your appointment on time. In the event that you show up 10 minutes late to your booked appointment slot time, we may be forced to reschedule your appointment in order to keep all appointment schedules as organized as possible in fairness to every booked customer.
