You may cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Cancellations within the 24-hour window result in a non-negotiable no-show fee of $20 (for services up to $50) or 50% of the total for any service over $50.
To provide the best possible service to all clients equally, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep every client's schedule fair and organized.
